Carter Lee - Played for Canterbury Prep. , Div.1 North Eastern University, Div.1 Lake Superior State Univ., Professionally for Trenton Devils & Johnstown Chiefs.  Carter returns to Brick to coach our Midget 18AA team where his teams were very successful making two appearances at USA Hockey’s National Championships. Carter will also be involved at our high school age player weekly clinics.

 

Goalie Coaching

Swain’s Hockey Skills & Development: Mike Consentino - Mike has 3 years of NCAA playing experience as well as playing Minor Professional hockey in the FPHL. Mike has been working for Swain’s

Hockey for 2 years now and is a highly regarded up and coming coach in the area. We are

excited to partner up to help enhance our goalie’s ability to train, develop, and succeed all year

 

 

Midget 18U – AA/A

Midget 16U – AA/A

Bobby Acropolis – Played BHC Mite to Midget, Brick High School, The Hotchkiss School and Quinnipiac University.  Bobby won 4 State Championships and the Gordon Cup at Brick HS and was inducted into the NJ Hockey Hall of Fame.  He won the MAAC League while with Quinnipiac.  Bobby has coached Mite through HS Varsity hockey and will be a great addition to our squirt coaching staff. 

Ryan Colwell– Played mite to midget BHC, D1 Prep at Williston North Hampton, Div.3 Becker College. Ryan has been coaching at BHC for 8 yrs., 6 yrs. at the midget level. Ryan was on BHC USA Hockey Nationals team.

Tom Brower – Played BHC mite to midget, Brick high school. Tom has coached mites, squirts & peewee at BHC. Tom was part of 2 NJ State Champion teams & 1 Gordon Cup with BHS.

PJ Carfagno – Played as a Midget for BHC, Freehold High School and Seton Hall University.  PJ has coached at Freehold High School and has been coaching with BHC since 2019. 

 

Bantam 14U – AA/A/B

Brian Barnfield – Played BHC Mite to Midget, Brick high school, Gunnery Prep, Utica College NCAA Div.3. Brian has coached Mite A,B & mite development & squirts 2 yrs. for BHC. Brian was part of 4 NJ state championship teams at BHS & Hockey Night in Boston Champions Team Mid-Atlantic.

Dan Krapf - Dan has assisted at mite development, 8U and 10U

 

Peewees 12U – AA/A/B

Chris Blackburn – He’s been a coach in BHC for 4 yrs. starting w/ LTP, mites 2yrs. & squirts last season. Chris coaches multiple HS sports, Lacrosse, Ice Hockey & Football at BHS.

Lacey Majors – Played BHC Mite to Midget, Toms River East High school, NCAA Div. 3 Trinity College, Women’s USA hockey select 30 team. Lacey has coached Mite A, Squirt B, peewee B & Girls 10U at BHC

Justin Douma – Played BHC Mite to Bantam, Brick Memorial High school. Justin coached at BHC mite level 3 years & 1 year at Squirts.

 

Squirts-10U

Kyle Weise – Played for Brick High school, 4 yrs. Western New England Univ., Kyle has been Head coach at Jackson Liberty for 7 yrs. & Asst. for 4 yrs. & has also coached at the bantam & midget level. Kyle will be helping with our mite and midget program.

Tom Brower – Played BHC mite to midget, Brick high school. Tom has coached mites, squirts & peewee at BHC. Tom was part of 2 NJ State Champion teams & 1 Gordon Cup with BHS.

Todd Hankel - Played U18AA for BHC.  Coached for St. Rose/Donovan Catholic as an assistant coach and goalie coach.

Juan Acevedo – coached Learn to play 3yrs., BHC mite coach

Mites – 8U

James Murphy – Played BHC mite to midget, and Brick High School.  James played in 2007 USA Hockey Nationals.  James has been an Assistant and Head Coach for Brick High School and coached BHC Mites this past season.

Nick Ianniello – Played for Brick High School and Southern New Hampshire University.  Nick has coached Learn to Play for Brick Hockey Club since 2018. 

Joe Rossi – Played for Brick High School and continues to play in adult leagues. Has Coached Learn to Skate and Learn to Play for over 5 years.
